Background

Foundation for Future Leaders International (F.F.L.I.) is a youth oriented Human Resources Development and Capacity Building organization. The Foundation’s operational principle is based on the fact one must continually develop oneself for effective development.

The main pedagogy of the foundation is rooted in the belief that there has to be more involvement of the youth in the various planned national programmes to ensure growth and sustainability. We are therefore dedicated to pursuing programmes and projects aimed at assisting the youth, children, communities and organizations to realize, and develop their potentials and resources for capacity building.

We are as such dedicated to providing relief support to children at risk especially, orphans and street children. It is also our firm objectives to engage youth leaders in effective leadership skills training and personal development programmes to build a sense of responsibility, efficiency, and effectiveness among them and also to promote gender sensitivity and equity in all our programmes.
